Optima is located at 2 Church Street, Suite 4G , at Richardson Place , which is on the corner of Pearl Street and Church Street in downtown Burlington . There are two entrances to the building on Church Street . You want to use the office entrance and not the deli entrance. The office entrance is between the deli and the shoe store. Inside the door, choose between the stairs or the elevator, and get yourself to the 4^th floor. Follow signs to the office suite. Upon entering, there is a waiting area for you to relax in until your therapist comes to get you for your scheduled appointment. There is no reception area at Optima that you need to check in with upon arrival.
